Girl Scout Meetings

Stanly Girl Scout Service Unit Leaders Meeting

We will meet at the Locust Presbyterian  on Thursday from 5:00-8:00pm. We meet in the building at the back of the church to left side of the parking lot. There is $1 donation per person requested to help cover the expenses of the church. Whether you cross stitch, needlepoint, crochet, knit, etc., come and join us for some stitching, chatting, sharing our love for creativity.

5th Sunday Lunch - but we will celebrate today - the 5th Sunday was Easter!

Womens Bible Study led by Rev. Ardy. We will be meeting at the manse.

We will receive the Ten-Cents-A-Meal offering for hunger today. This monthly offering is used by the Presbytery of Charlotte to fund hunger programs and agencies (including SCCM) throughout the presbytery.

Join the Building and Grounds Team led by Elder Matt Salyer

Holding a Baking Challenge, girls must prepare a dessert using a Girl Scout Cookie in the recipe.  Girls will drop off entries between 12 & 2 pm in the GS Room.  We will have judges come in and judge items on taste and appearance.  We will setup to make it feel like a game show, kind of like the great bake off shows.

Girls from across Stanly County are invited to participate.

Hold a leader appreciation dinner (not cooking we will have it brought in) craft & meeting.
