This Sunday, we celebrate the 3rd week of Advent, marked by the lighting of the Joy Candle. Also known as the Shepherd’s Candle, this pink candle represents the joy that entered the world at the birth of Christ and the joy of those who awaited the Messiah. The Hall family will lead us today in lighting the Advent Candle.
